TRANSCENDENCE is a creative initiative and brand operated under Atelier Meraki.

All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and proprietary rights relating to TRANSCENDENCE and its creative works are owned by Atelier Meraki, unless expressly stated otherwise.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The TRANSCENDENCE name and brand identity

  • The TRANSCENDENCE Oracle Book

  • The TRANSCENDENCE Oracle Card Deck

  • Original artwork and illustrations

  • Art prints and their underlying artwork

  • Written content, text, interpretations, and descriptions

  • Card designs, symbols, imagery, and compositions

  • Logos, graphics, photographs, and videos

  • Website content and design

  • Digital content and downloadable materials

  • Product concepts, creative formats, and related original works

All such material is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Ownership of Purchased Products

Purchasing a physical product, including an Oracle Book, Card Deck, or Art Print, gives the purchaser ownership of the physical item purchased only.

It does not transfer ownership of the copyright, intellectual property, artwork, design, text, or any underlying creative work.

No licence or permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any TRANSCENDENCE material is granted through the purchase of a product unless expressly authorized in writing by Atelier Meraki.

Use of Artwork & Creative Content

The artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, written material, symbols, and other creative content associated with TRANSCENDENCE may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, digitized, republished, distributed, modified, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Atelier Meraki.

This includes reproduction in:

  • Books or publications

  • Websites and online platforms

  • Social media content for commercial purposes

  • Merchandise

  • Packaging

  • Advertising or promotional materials

  • Digital products

  • AI-generated or derivative works

  • Other commercial or public applications

Personal display of a legitimately purchased physical product, such as an Art Print or Oracle Card Deck, is permitted.

Art Prints

The purchase of an Art Print does not grant ownership of the underlying artwork or the right to reproduce the artwork.

All rights in the original artwork and its reproductions remain with Atelier Meraki.

Any reproduction, licensing, commercial use, publication, or other use beyond personal display requires prior written authorization from Atelier Meraki.
